QA Analyst

**What will your role be**:
**Test Design and Execution**:

- Design and execute manual and automated functional test scenarios to validate that new features meet acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with product owners to define clear acceptance criteria for features.
- Collaborate with QA across teams to ensure holistic end-to-end testing.
- Maintain and execute manual and automated regression test scenarios for every release cycle.
- Identify, report and retest defects.
- Assist in triaging, diagnosing, and prioritizing the defects backlog.
- Continuous deepening of business domain knowledge to improve test design.

**Automation and Tooling**:

- Build reusable automated test suites and integrate with CI/CD pipeline.
- Champion continuous improvement of automation capabilities within the team.

**Communication and Engagement**:

- Facilitate clear reporting of test progress and quality issues to stakeholders (internal and external).
- Demonstrate new features to stakeholders (internal and external).

**Who are we looking for**:

- Bachelor or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant software testing experiences, fresh graduates with a keen interest in software testing are encourage to apply
- Experienced with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall etc.)
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of software testing methods and processes for functional and non-functional tests
- Experience with Risk-based testing, able to evaluate and execute testing approaches based on identified risks.
- Experienced with test analysis, test design and writing scenario based functional tests
- Ability to independently manage, create, and execute testing activities
- Knowledge of n-tier SaaS product development and testing is desirable.
- Understands testing techniques for APIs and RESTful services.

**Skills & Attributes Required**:

- Experience with test tools: Azure DevOps, Postman, JMeter etc.
- Experience with test automation tools: Cypress, TestComplete, Selenium etc.
- Experience with test automation CI/CD pipeline
- Experience with scripting language (JavaScript, Python etc)
- Able to work independently, manage own time and workload effectively and to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Analytical and meticulous
- Creative problem-solver
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
