**Business Consultant (BC)**

The BBX Business Consultant is responsible for driving member acquisition, educating businesses on BBX platform solutions, and ensuring successful onboarding and engagement. This role involves outreach to potential members, promoting the benefits of BBX, managing relationships, and supporting businesses in maximizing the value of the platform.

**Training & Development**:

- Attend mandatory formal training sessions provided by the company to stay updated on platform features, sales techniques, and industry trends.

**Member Acquisition & Networking**:

- Identify and target potential business members who can benefit from the BBX platform.
- Invite business contacts and networks to attend BBX-related networking, trade, and marketing events to introduce them to the BBX community.

**Platform Education & Consultations**:

- Conduct detailed consultations with prospective and existing members to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Provide tailored solutions to improve cash flow and profitability using BBX's trading platform.
- Educate members about the platform's features and how it can benefit their business operations.

**Onboarding & Platform Support**:

- Assist the company system administrator in registering new members on the BBX platform.
- Support the trade coordinator in orienting new members on platform functionalities and help facilitate their first trade (either as a Seller or Buyer).

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with members.
- Support members in navigating the platform and achieving business objectives through BBX.

S**ales & Performance Targets**:

- Set and meet specific sales targets related to new member acquisition, platform subscriptions, and overall revenue growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target and attract potential members.

**Proposal Development & Sales Presentations**:

- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to prospective members, showcasing the value of the BBX platform and its business solutions.

**Market Research & Strategy**:

- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to optimize sales strategies.
- Use this information to identify new opportunities and refine sales tactics.

**Feedback & Continuous Improvement**:

- Collect feedback from members to assess their satisfaction with the platform.
- Relay feedback to internal teams for platform improvements and to refine sales approaches.

**Payment & Membership Compliance**:

- Jointly responsible for ensuring members adhere to payment obligations and comply with the company’s terms and conditions for membership.

**Sales Reporting**:

- Regularly report on sales performance, member acquisition progress, and engagement levels. Monitor and analyze metrics such as conversion rates and pipeline health

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
