Special Officer to Group CEO

In this role, you will be supporting the CEO in the development, implementation and follow up of Corporate Strategy and business decisions. You will be leading strategic pillars/projects aligned to the company’s vision and mission. Support business plans by working with internal stakeholders such as HR, Procurement, Finance, Sales and Marketing. You will also be analytical in identifying business risk, opportunities and be the close confidant of the CEO on management matters.
Responsibilities:
- Work together with CEO to implement and follow up on projects, meetings and programs.
- Responsible to drive KHIND’s net revenue realization by defining holistic net revenue strategies through to execution into the Marketing functions and wider commercial business.
- Ensure appropriate Net Revenue Management (NRM) tools are used to generate relevant fact-based output insights.
- Provide direction on the preparation of all planning events (budget, forecasts) by incorporating all the key NRM sub levers (NPD, pricing, promo, discounts, mix).
- Improve strategy follow through by including the acquisition and processing of appropriate data, performance monitoring and reviewing, with constant improvement.
- Ensure the core vision and mission is alive and support winning portfolios.
- Support internal stateholder teams to track profitability/positioning to propose innovative actions where possible.
- Reassure promotion strategy is defined at category/brand/channel/key customer level incorporating Brand Strategy and planned Promotion Budget.
- Improve effectiveness of activities and investments.
- Perform analysis to review historical activities to draw up guidelines and any necessary recommendation.
Requirements:
- Experience, background or understanding in consumer market/FMCG.
- Analytical, commercial and with high business acumen sense.
- Customer and solution focused with high energy and confidence.
- Excellent presentation and communications skills with command of Excel and Modelling work.
- Good in networking and able to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail and is good at following up.
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
