**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the implementation of safety programs and policies at the construction site. Their primary goal is to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, prevent accidents and injuries, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

**Qualification & Requirement**:

- Possess Diploma in Health & Safety / Engineering or other relevant qualifications.
- Valid Yellow Book holder registered with Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH) with at least 8 year(s) working experience at site and/or assignment exposure (preferably in Construction Projects)
- Familiar with standard concepts and best practices for construction/environment for both safety and administration.
- Keen intention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
- Good report preparation, communication, and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties.
- Committed, able to work independently, ethical, strong problems solving, results oriented and team player.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- **Willing to be relocated to Sibu, Sarawak.**:

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To perform Inspection and rectifying any unsafe conditions at the construction site.
- Liaising and checking sub-contractors’ work to ensure compliance with the Act and the regulations made.
- Develop safety and health programs and training by conducting briefings and toolbox meetings, promoting awareness at the construction site.
- Assist SHO in the development of site specifications on emergency response plans and monitor the adequacy of emergency equipment, and arrange emergency drills.
- Assist SHO in investigating any incident that happens at the workplace.
- Provide and maintain documentation related to safety and health for inspection purposes.
- Prepare safety report of the project site and attend to safety meeting.

Pay: RM1,615.04 - RM3,952.51 per month
