Job Position: Junior Site Supervisor cum Storekeeper (Immediate starter preferred)

Working Hours: 7.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., Monday until Saturday

Location: Grateful Memorial Park, Jalan Quarry, Bukit Aup, 96000, Sibu, Sarawak

Job Requirements:

  • Open for Malaysian from 22 until 30 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or any related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay Language both verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word as well as familiar with AutoCAD
  • Have a CIDB Green Card or skills certificate is an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling construction materials and supervising site workers is an added advantage.
  • Willing to learn, able to work independently, and strong attention to detail.
  • Possess valid driving license and have own transport.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Site Supervisor in monitoring daily construction activities and workforce performance.

  2. Receive, inspect, and verify the quantity and quality of incoming materials.

  3. Maintain proper storage and accurate records of all stock items using manual or digital systems.

  5. Track usage and initiate reorder processes when stock levels fall below minimum threshold.

  6. Organize materials systematically and ensure items are stored safely and accessibly.

  7. Keep store area clean, secure, and free from hazards or clutter.

  8. Provide stock usage updates and assist in preparing material usage and delivery reports.

  9. Support administrative duties such as filing delivery orders, invoices, and stock movement forms.

  10. Adhere to company safety regulations and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures during store and site activities.
