**A leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of CDNetworks network infrastructure.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement network operations procedures, and best practices to ensure service quality and reliability.
- Oversee the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of network performance metrics, such as uptime, latency, and throughput.
- Coordinate the resolution of network incidents and outages, ensuring timely and effective communication with reporting manager.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development to team members.
- Serve as a point of contact for NOC engineers.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in network operations, with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.
- Expertise in network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically and develop solutions to complex network operations challenges.
