Job description
- Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect package for their wants.
- Assist in preparation of sales proposals.
- Escalate client requests that deviate from signed sales agreements.
- Follow up on networking interactions and leads.
- Follow up with clients to close sales.
- Gather customer feedback and market sentiments for stakeholders to enhance products and services.
- Generate sales leads.
- Maintain database of sales leads.
- Monitor competitors and customer demand to provide market intel for strategy development.
- Provide feedback on usage of workplace technology.
- Provide first-level responses to clients' requests and requirements.
- Provide responses to enquiries on venue facilities and details.
- Recommend range of products and services according to clients' needs.
- Plan and arrange for flights, hotels, umrah and tours and any other travel related services.
- Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as fares and schedules information especially for each market.
- Determining costs and preparing quotations for sales, must secure minimum profit margin.

**Good in communication (English & Malay)**
**Good in Microsoft Office**

Working hour : 9:00am - 6:00pm
(Monday - Friday)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
