Role Description
We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated
Junior Sales and Marketing
to serve as the critical operational hub for our sales and proposal teams. Your primary focus will be on sales support, meticulous proposal coordination, and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Development
Assist the operational execution of the sales strategy, actively supporting key phases to accelerate deal closure.
- Coordinate the end-to-end process for preparing customer quotations and managing associated procurement activities.
Maintain a high-integrity Sales and Project database, ensuring accuracy for reporting and forecasting.
Digital Marketing & B2B Content Management
Conduct targeted B2B market research to identify emerging trends and inform data-driven marketing decisions.
- Develop compelling, on-brand marketing content (graphics, copy, video snippets) for the company's website and social media.
- Oversee the entire social media calendar, including scheduling, posting, and executing engagement campaigns across all corporate channels.
Manage the professional upkeep and timely updating of essential marketing collateral, such as catalogues and brochures.
Tender & Proposal Coordination
Spearhead the meticulous preparation and compilation of all necessary tender documentation for formal submission.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQ).
Participate in project site visits across Malaysia to gather critical technical and commercial requirements.
Other Duties
Assist company functions and office operations.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the team as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or proposal management is required. (Fresh graduates with a robust portfolio and demonstrated high-potential are also strongly encouraged to apply.)
- Exceptional time management, strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking ability, and proficiency in document management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory. Practical familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to undertake required business travel across Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.
- A proactive, positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills, focused on contributing to team success.
