**工作范围/ Responsibilities**:
规划，管理及指导所有土地测量工作以确保工程按要求妥善的完成。

Plan, organize and direct work for the correct setting out of all survey works for the construction of civil, structural and architectural work.

制定测量计划，方法及流程以计划及进行合法测量。

Determine methods and procedure for establishing or re-establishing survey control.

准确的保存有关测量数据，计划，图纸，记录数据及文件以确保工作进度。

Keep accurate notes, records and sketches to describe and certify work performed.

提供协助于有关工程，建筑人员，ARE， 客户及其他与项目有关的人。

Coordinate findings with work of engineering and architectural personnel, ARE, client and others concerned with the project.

**入职要求/ Requirements：**

申请者需持有土地測量学士学位或高级证书/高級文凭。

持有5年以上土地測量工作经验为佳。

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.

维护测量设备以确保它們已准确校准/更换及常处于可供使用的狀態。

Knowledge of surveying instruments and equipment and their use and care.

支持，融入及协助团队，拥有良好的沟通能力

Ability to organize and coordinate the work of others and good communication skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
