**Role Summary**:
The Kitchen Cook plays a vital role in the culinary team, responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes and standards. No prior experience is required, making this an excellent entry-level position for individuals passionate about food and cooking.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**:

- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring them accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of food items, such as cutting vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces.
- **Cooking**:

- Cook food items according to standardized recipes and cooking techniques, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Monitor cooking temperatures, times, and presentation to meet quality standards.
- **Kitchen Maintenance**:

- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in monitoring inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Notify the kitchen supervisor or manager when supplies need to be replenished.
- **Teamwork and Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely preparation of food orders.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain efficiency in the kitchen.

**Qualifications**:

- **Skills**: Basic cooking skills, ability to follow recipes and instructions, attention to detail.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required; willingness to learn and passion for cooking are essential.
- **Certifications**: Any relevant food safety or culinary certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: RM1,261.90 - RM3,364.97 per month
