We’re a fast‑growing wholesale trading company that runs **100 % Odoo Online**—no custom code, no Studio, just solid processes and smart configuration. As our **internal Odoo Functional Consultant**, you’ll own the platform end‑to‑end configurations: translating business needs into clean Odoo setups, migrating data, and upskilling team that touches the system

What you’ll do
- **Process mapping & solution design**

Work directly with Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting and Logistics to capture requirements and configure out‑of‑the‑box Odoo apps (v18 SaaS).
- **Data migration & cleansing**

Plan and execute CSV/XLS imports for products, partners, price lists, stock and historic transactions—owning accuracy and reconciliation.
- **System configuration & testing**

Set up workflows, sequences, access rights, automated actions and scheduled jobs; build test scenarios and UAT scripts; manage sandbox vs. production.
- **User training & change management**

Create quick‑reference guides and run role‑based training sessions (onsite & online) to drive adoption and best practices.
- **Ongoing support & continuous improvement**

Serve as first line of functional support, triage tickets, liaise with Odoo SaaS support for Tier‑2 issues, and recommend new features as versions evolve.
- **Project documentation & KPIs**

Maintain SOPs, data dictionaries and configuration logs; report monthly metrics on user satisfaction, ticket closure time and process efficiency gains.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
