KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review existing OpenText Content Server and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) configuration and integration with SAP ECC.
  • Assess document archiving, retrieval, and workflow setup to ensure compliance and migration readiness for SAP S/4HANA.
  • Identify inactive or obsolete configurations, improvement areas, and potential process optimization opportunities.
  • Evaluate VIM workflows for invoice processing, approval, and exception handling to streamline efficiency.
  • Collaborate with SAP Finance (FI) and Procurement (MM) teams to validate document and invoice flow integration.
  • Recommend migration approach and roadmap for OpenText and VIM in the SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Prepare and present OpenText/VIM Readiness Assessment Report covering findings, risks, dependencies, and proposed mitigation.
  • Support data and document migration strategy, ensuring metadata, indexing, and compliance are maintained.
  • Ensure adherence to document governance and security standards throughout the assessment process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 SAP S/4HANA project cycles experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP implementations.
  • Strong technical knowledge in OpenText VIM, Content Server, and SAP FI/MM integration.
  • Familiar with Document Management System (DMS), ArchiveLink, and workflow configuration.
  • Experience in S/4HANA readiness assessment and migration planning.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
