Your Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the administration, maintenance, and continuous optimization of the global Workday platform across all region
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and smooth operation of global integrations
  • Support and advise HR teams and business stakeholders worldwide on Workday functionality, HR processes, and best practices
  • Execute global change requests, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and quality assurance
  • Analyze and resolve system issues, ensuring high global data accuracy and consistency
  • Design, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
  • Analyze HR KPIs to identify trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities
  • Train and support HR colleagues worldwide in proper system usage and standardized process execution
  • Create and maintain system documentation and training materials for end users and key users

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Human Resources, Information Technology, or comparable field
  • Several years of hands-on Workday administration experience, ideally in a global HR environment
  • Experience in system configuration, reporting, support, and troubleshooting
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and their implementation in modern cloud-based HR systems
  • Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
