Currently with 100 branches, we are looking to expand at a faster pace domestically and regionally to South, North and East Coast. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in executing the company’s sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support the Sales Manager in daily operations, including team coordination and reporting.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse local markets.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients and distributors.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Represent Baterihub at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. **Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.**:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales (preferably in batteries, electronics, or automotive industry).
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
