Job Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, cross-checking with source documents.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure consistency and integrity.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
- Generate reports and summaries from entered data as required.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles is preferred.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management systems.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (mention if a specific WPM is required).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: RM8.00 - RM12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
