- Verifying bank deposits
- Managing day-to-day transactions
- Posting daily receipts
- Invoice processing
- Processing expense requests
- Credit control
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
- Banks reconciliation
- Liaising with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers
- Prepare report sales, stock take
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting with CGPA 2.80 above.
- Excellent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both oral and written.
- Must possess a high level of discipline, work ethics, and integrity.
- Able to multi-task, cheerful, energetic, creative, positive mindset, and self-motivated.
- Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to start work immediately.
