Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Management:

- Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring alignment with company quality objectives.
- Develop and maintain a team structure that fosters continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Product Development, Engineering, Operations) to define quality standards and expectations.
- Quality Assurance Planning & Strategy:

- Establish and implement comprehensive QA strategies and procedures to ensure high quality output.
- Define quality metrics and ensure processes are in place for continuous measurement and monitoring.
- Develop and execute test plans, schedules, and quality audits.
- Ensure that testing procedures are documented and maintained for consistency.

Process Improvement & Optimization:

- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and minimize defects.
- Drive process improvements based on root-cause analysis of quality issues.
- Analyse trends and recommend proactive solutions to prevent future issues.
- Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Review and maintain all documentation related to quality processes, tests, and audits.
- Prepare and present regular reports on QA performance, highlighting trends and improvement areas.

Testing & Inspection:
Oversee the execution of functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.

Manage the creation of test cases, scripts, and testing environments.

Supervise the inspection process to ensure all products or services meet required standards before they reach the customer.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with product management, engineering, and other departments to ensure quality requirements are fully understood and met.
- Act as a point of contact for quality-related issues and escalate as necessary. Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Manager, QA Lead, or in a similar role (usually 5+ years).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with software testing, quality management systems, or regulatory compliance (depending on industry).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve goals.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
