**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Answering incoming calls : taking messages and re-directing call as required
- Providing administration support
- Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents.
- Process and track invoices, and other financial documents as required.
- Calculating salaries and wages and calculating deductions of EPF & SOCSO.
- Processing employee timesheets to calculate hours worked and calculate pay rates for each employee.
- To perform any other duties assigned by the management.
- Processing permit and passport for foreigner staff. (can learn)
- Can start immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
