**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in overall project planning, coordination, and execution
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely delivery of works
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Assist in contract administration, tendering, cost estimation, and budgeting
- Prepare and review project reports, meeting minutes, and documentation
- Support the QS team in cost control, variation orders, and claims
- Conduct site visits and inspections regularly

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction or property development
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, QS principles, and project documentation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project), AutoCAD is a plus
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
