**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the marketing team, you'll collaborate with executives, managers, and other departments to create design solutions for various projects.
- Developing and maintaining the company's visual brand identity, ensuring that all content follows branding guidelines.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Using graphic design software to enhance images, fonts, and layouts.
- Creating visuals for both digital and print marketing purposes.
- Finding and using stock images, footage, and visual resources for videos and images.
- Assisting in checking materials received from suppliers.
- Write engaging copy for websites, social media, e-newsletter and print publications.
- Write SEO-rich content and SEO techniques that help increase web traffic.
- Ensure written materials are clear, concise, and persuasive to help bring the marketing campaign to life.
- Strategies inbound marketing through SMART goals to increase online presence targeting at clearly defined audiences.
- Build the company’s multiple online platforms through consistent content management, social media, Youtube channel, Google My Business.
- Build stakeholders and customer relations through monthly EDM
- Maintain the company’s internal Marketing communication platforms; intranet, whatsapp Group.
- Develop and improve existing marketing collaterals
- Oversee online marketing activities, analyze metrics and record marketing dashboard

**Job & Skill Requirements**:

- Certificate/ Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Art/Graphic Design/Communications /Marketing / Journalism / Management or equivalent academic background.
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
- Design portfolio for review
- Creative thinking
- Support other activities within the organization
- Strong communication skills & creativity.
- Good team player and possess a good working attitude.
- Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Office, Google Docs, Canva, Video Editing, Adobe Illustrator.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM500.00 per month
