**JOB SUMMARY**
- To assist & ensure all shipping operation run smoothly.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To liaise with external & internal parties e.g. customs, ports and related authorities with regard to all operation system and procedure of the company.
- To follow instruction given by Group Manager / Shipping Manager to meet dateline & client demand.
- Supervise the work of shipping officer & assistant.
- Support ad hoc and any other duties as required in the department or by Shipping Manager

- None

**REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION**
- Computer literate
- Able to meet dateline & working under pressure
- Can communicate effectively with staff from all level.
- Possessed interpersonal skills and good time management
- Desired qualifications and experience:

- Diploma/ Degree in Shipping / Logistics, Business Admin or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years working experience in related field

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
