Management Job Description
- Assist General Manager in meeting deadlines by making timely notifications/reminders, developing rapport with key decision makers
- Support General Manager with tracking information, analysis of industrial trends to Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to stay ahead in the market making proper notifications, monitoring social media, and providing any other support as needed.
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in news and existing markets relate to SCS industry
- Demonstrate service and industry knowledge to effectively market and company services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, maximizing sales opportunities. Track and report sales activities, progress, and results to the sales manager or team leader
- Responsibilities and assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior/Manager from time to time.
- Attend sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to expand your professional network and represent the company
- Confident to do face-to-face Sales Presentations: Effectively deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. Highlight the unique selling points and advantages of the product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years related sales experience or fresh graduate are encourage
- Good presentation skills and computer literate proficiency with written and spoken English and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks with time sensitive deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional approach to work (attitude, appearance, punctuality, etc.)
- Maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong analytical and problems solving skills.
- Creative & critical thinker with an open mind and high learning agility
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, to communicate with clients
