**Responsibilities**:

- Computation of actual costing and estimate costing / quotation.
- Proactive analysis of variances between actual costing and estimate costing / quotation.
- Provide the Management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting contribution margin.
- Analyse manufacturing costs and prepare any related reports.
- Calculate standard rate for labour and overheads and discussing with operation on hours usage for efficiency purpose.
- Calculate finished goods and work in progress costing, analyse variances and margin by product, making strategic suggestions to the Management for process improvement.
- Check and monitor BOM, maintain standard costs, selling price, product structures and costing, month end closing.
- Coordinate monthly physical stock count, review, and prepare stock variances report.
- Perform monthly closing activities including preparation of costing related journal vouchers.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, lawyers, authorities, and others.
- Assist in other ad hoc finance & accounting related duties as applicable.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years working experience in related field.
- Preferably a Diploma holder, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Able to work independently and in a teamwork environment with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with Auto Count software is an added advantage.
- Preferably have manufacturing experience.
