**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Production Planning and Scheduling:

- Creating production schedules based on customer orders and demand.
- Ensuring efficient utilization of resources (machines, manpower, materials).
- To monitor and achieve daily KPI in production capacity and output.
- To back-up job for supervisor and admin.
- To undertake any order related job function that may be assigned from time to time.

Quality Control and Assurance:

- Implementing quality standards for laundry processes.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Addressing any quality issues promptly.
- Preparation and submission of production reports when required.

Inventory Management:

- Managing inventory levels of raw materials.
- Reordering supplies as necessary to avoid shortages.

Machine Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

- Overseeing maintenance of laundry equipment (washing machines, dryers, cleanroom).
- Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating repairs.

Staff Supervision and Training:

- Leading and supervising production staff.
- To monitor and achieve daily KPI in production capacity and output.
- Providing training on laundry processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Cost Control and Efficiency Improvement:

- Identifying cost-saving opportunities (e.g., optimizing water and energy usage).
- Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Health and Safety Compliance:

- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Take immediate actions for all abnormality within the production area and related departments.
- To monitor and maintaining all production staff and follow the SOP, scheduling customer incoming/outgoing and logistic planning.
- Providing a safe working environment for employees.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Minimum diploma and above industrial engineering, manufacturing, production management, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in production and inventory management, quality control, or project management can be advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years in managing production, manufacturing, or operations roles.

**SKILL /ABILITY**
- **Leadership and Management Skills**: Ability to lead a team, manage resources, and oversee production processes.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in production equipment, machinery, and software used in manufacturing processes.
- **Analytical Skills**: Capability to analyze production data and metrics to improve efficiency and productivity.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and other departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
