QA Officer

**Join Our Teams as an QA Officer**
**Location : Lot 362, Mukim 12, Valdor, 14200 Sungai Bakap, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible as ISO documents control. To support the preparation/implementation of ISO documents, forms & company policies.
- To support the preparation for product testing and certification.
- To assist QA executive in handling customer inspection and audit.
- To ensure full compliance in government regulatory (local authority)/external regulatory and customer requirements.
- To carry out ISO Internal Quality Audit.
- To prepare monthly Quality Objectives datas and train QA/QC annually.
- Responsible for monitoring CAR / Non-conformance feedback.
- To support customer complaint investigation.
- In charge of Incoming section. Ensure raw materials and products meet and pass set quality standards.
- Other related duties or ad hoc job responsibilities may assign to you by your immediate superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma in any field or had experienced / basic in document control
- Able to work independently
- Able to speak and write in English/Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
