Position**:Human Capital Assistant**

Salary**:From RM 1,700 per month**

Working Hours**:8:30 AM - 5:45 PM (Monday - Friday)**

Location**:Subang Jaya**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification from SPM level.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
- Own driving license B2 or D and have own transportation
- Able to work independently and a good team player.
- Preferably good communication and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Fast learner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing documents for submission to JTK and KDN
- Make a clearance for general worker at KLIA
- Checking working permit expiry date for all workers
- Process FOMEMA if needed
- Preparing invoice to sub-contractor and request the payment to renew the working permit
- Monitor and record workers located within the hostel
- Manage and monitor the company’s assets within the hostel
- Manage and monitor the company’s PPE within the staff and sub-contractor
- Preparing invoice for PPE purchased by sub-contractor
- Submit the invoice to Finance & Accounts Department for them to proceed the payment
- Ensuring all documents who newly joined, resign or transfer are submitted to the server in personal file data

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From RM1,700.00 per month
