**Job Summary**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Human Resource Executive** to support and manage core HR functions, from recruitment to employee lifecycle management. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of handling daily HR operations while supporting the company’s workforce, which includes field-based technicians, engineers, and corporate staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Assist in workforce planning and job advertisement posting
- Manage internship placements and onboarding programs
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire documentation
- Conduct orientation for new employees and interns

**Employee Relations & Welfare**
- Act as a liaison between employees and management on HR-related matters
- Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and counseling sessions professionally
- Monitor staff welfare, attendance, and workplace conduct
- Organize employee engagement activities, team-building, and training sessions

**HR Operations & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS, and filing systems (digital & physical)
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations
- Support payroll processing by coordinating with accounts and timesheet data (punch card process for all employees)
- Fleet management with Puspakom, Roadtax and Insurance renewal
- **Training & Development**:

- Coordinate training needs analysis and maintain staff training records such as NIOSH
- Liaise with department heads for upskilling and competency-building programs
- Monitor training effectiveness and feedback reporting

**Performance Management**
- Assist in developing KPIs and annual performance appraisal exercises
- Track probation review timelines and promotion/increment proposals
- Maintain confidentiality of performance-related matters

**Requirements**:

- Certificate SHRM/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR generalist roles
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, statutory requirements, and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software tools
- Experience handling technical workforce or project-based staff is an added advantage

**Working Conditions**
- Must be willing to travel to government branch offices when needed
- Able to work under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Office-based with occasional site coordination

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
