- Manage all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, internal recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.
- Provide advice and direction where needed to the HR team on work priorities, budget and staff resources, strategic, policy, organisation and staff management issues.
- Research, develop and implement HR policies and organisational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees.
- Ensure the onboarding process is handled in a professional manner to expedite the settling in period.
- Manage the execution of the HR Strategy to ensure achievement of the objectives.
- Be involved in manpower planning discussions and provide Human Resources advice to management.
- Strengthening the employer-employee relationship through measuring job satisfaction, employee engagement and resolving workplace conflict. Handles industrial relations, discipline, and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Develop and implement management talent planning.
- Control the performance review programme to deliver continuous employee development.
- Coach, mentor, and support colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs.
- Determine relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each employee.
- Provide advice and direction where needed to the HR team on work priorities, budget and staff resources, strategic, policy, organisation and staff management issues.
- Analyse the performance metrics of a recruitment drive and provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR.
- Ensure internal HR communications, including any issues, initiatives and programmes are well planned, coordinated, relevant, timely and adhere to the company’s values.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships to encourage retention and ensure the team perspective is fully represented in decision making.
- Involve in any ad-hoc HR projects or reporting when required.
- **Requirements**_
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience working in a F&B industry is an advantage.
- Have experience in handling employee headcount range of 50-100 employee.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and able to execute full spectrum of Human Resource functions.
- Well-versed in HR and Payroll Management Systems.
- Familiar with relevant local labour laws, regulations and policies, have a systematic understanding and practical accumulation of human resource management, and have experience in recruitment and employee relationship management.
- Able to start immediately.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,600.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
