**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR software, and best practices
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations
- Design and monitor compensation, benefits, and reward programs
- Lead training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior management
- Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality
- Support organizational change and foster a positive workplace culture

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
