Salary: MYR 2,000 - MYR 3,500 Per Month

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Required Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (added advantage).
  • Required skills: Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Must be well-versed with Labour laws and sound HR/IR practices.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
  • Able to work alternate Saturdays from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources:
  • Assist in implementing recruitment activities (advertising, screening, interview arrangement).
  • Conduct HR orientation for new hires.
  • Prepare correspondence and internal memos.
  • Liaise with Government/Statutory authorities for compliance.
  • Assist in work coordination, administrative tasks, and documentation.
  • Support & maintain thumbprint machine.
  • Liaise with external parties for office maintenance, cleanliness, and licenses.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Assist in managing employee attendance, overtime, and leave records.
  • Carry out planning & implementation of training & development programs.
  • Liaise with Heads of Department for compliance with rules, policies, and SOPs.
  • Administration:
  • Responsible for general office administration (purchasing, refurbishment, stationery, pantry items).
  • Handle staff monthly claims.
  • Administer and maintain records of company properties (company car, mobile phones, laptops).
  • Arrange renewal of road tax.
