Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the database.
- Assist in the administration of HR-related tasks, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations
- Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records.
- Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and documentation for audits.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources or any related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- A self-starter who is highly focused on delivering excellent HR services and developing effective relationships throughout the organization.
- Demonstrated discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
