**Job Summary**:
Responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, managing office supplies, logistics, and maintaining proper documentation. Ensures smooth day-to-day operations in line with company policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handles invoices related to GDEX, security, hostel, clinic, canteen, pest control, landscaping, and other service providers.
- Monitors security operations including clocking, overtime, visitor passes, supplier coordination, and after-office hour work requests.
- Manages and tracks office supplies and utilities such as stationery, tissue, pantry items, cleaning, and gardening materials.
- Oversees uniform and safety shoe distribution, stock levels, and replacements.
- Prepares refreshments for meetings, training sessions, and company programs.
- Maintains accurate records of visitor, supplier, and contractor passes.
- Coordinates transport logistics for factory workers during shift changes.
- Carries out ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by the superior.
- Manages scheduling and maintenance of company vehicles, including road tax and insurance.
- Performs receptionist duties including call handling, guest reception, and managing mail and couriers.
- Supervises the cleanliness and upkeep of the front office, canteen, meeting rooms, and shared areas.
- Coordinates with external contractors for maintenance and minor repair works.
- Monitors stock and ensures timely replenishment of pantry and cleaning items.
- Assists HR/Admin department in organizing internal activities and company events.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administration or clerical work. Fresh graduates may be considered.
- Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
