Job description
- Supervises unpacking of raw materials received for manufacturing use.
- Report shipment damages or discrepancies found during the receiving process.
- Ensure that all raw materials received in the warehouse are stored in the supplier recommended storage conditions to ensure shelf life preservation.
- Ensure the environmental conditions of the warehouse area are within the stipulated operating limits to ensure the quality of the raw material is at its highest level.
- Maintain stock information, monitor daily material movement and actual production schedules versus inventory levels.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels and rejected/scrap material from warehouse operation.
- Lead warehouse personnel in performing inventory control, shelf life monitoring and material scheduling/disbursement.
- Responsible for timely distributing of raw materials to manufacturing to ensure manufacturing cycle time is not delayed.
- Implement policies and procedures to safeguard and preserve raw materials kept at the warehouse.
- Provides and maintains a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.
- Ensure all safety and storage procedures are properly followed.
- Supervises packing of items for shipping and distribution.
Job Requirements : -- Certificate or Diploma (preferably in warehousing field)
- Preferably with 3 - 5 years working experience in store.
- Ability to drive forklift is an added advantage.
- Must have strong leadership and supervisory skill.
- Applicants must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual of Mandarin and English
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
