1. Set up and handle quality tests according to the standard procedures.

2. Oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements.

3. Conduct a visual inspection of the production line.

4. Maintain detailed records of the testing that had been carried out, as well as relevant additional information, and various metrics such as the number of defective products produced each day.

5. Update all test records and temperature records.

6. Conduct inspection, quality testing, or measuring materials to ensure that all necessary procedures and products are achieved to a high standard.

7. To report all non-conformity on products and notify superiors on quality product complaints.

8. Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.

9. Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance to assistance and new employees in the department.

10. Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.

11. Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.

12. Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.

13. Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.

14. Liaising with the supplier and/or vendor in quality issues for raw materials and prepare defect report.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
