**Job Title: Car Park Supervisor**
- Job Summary:_

The Car Park Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the car park, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for customers. This role includes managing staff, enforcing parking regulations, and providing excellent customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of car park attendants and ensure they are trained in customer service and safety protocols.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and general information regarding parking services.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor car park operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures; address any operational issues promptly.
- Enforcement: Ensure that all parking regulations are enforced, including monitoring for unauthorised vehicles and issuing citations as necessary.
- Safety Compliance: Conduct regular inspections of the car park to ensure safety standards are met and that the area is clean and well-maintained.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of occupancy and revenue, and prepare reports for management on car park performance.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts or disputes in a professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with maintenance staff to address any issues related to the facilities and equipment.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a parking facility or customer service environment.
- Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team, motivate employees, and manage conflict.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to address issues as they arise.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all regulations and standards are adhered to for the safety and efficiency of the car park.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
