You will find yourself surrounded by bright, talented, hardworking, passionate, and fun-loving individuals. **Own It**: - Assist the Program Leader to plan, strategies and develop the Core Transformation Project Dashboard for reporting to the Head, Program Management Office and subsequently to Pos Malaysia Management, the Board of Directors, & Stakeholders - Assist Program Leader by ensuring project resources are available to all Core Transformation Project Managers and Project Enablers - Assist to provide Project Managers with the capability building skill set and program manage the Core Transformation Projects and coaching and mentoring for their success of their projects or initiatives execution - Assist Program Leader in executing program for Project Managers to instill Project Management knowledge, capability, methodology and tools to ensure they are having right skill set to manage project effectively - Provide independent advice to Project Owner, Project Managers and relevant Stakeholders on project scope/time/cost, project benefit performance, project risks and issues and project deliverables validation **Build Trust**: - Monitor and control the Core Transformation Project execution and progressed according to the planning and baselined via weekly updates to Management s by ensuring all Project Managers adhere to deadline of their expected reporting, timeline, and deliverables - Enforce and ensure Pos Malaysia Project Management Governance where standards, methods, guidelines, techniques, tools, and control structures are adhered to and implemented effectively across the programs/projects that are implemented within the organisation - Assist the Program Leader to execute Project Lifecycle Process: Initiation to Planning to Execution to Monitoring & Control to Closing "Deliver the Project Deliverables" with Project Manager and Sponsor ***One Team**: - Integrate and facilitate relevant support from other divisions/departments/units in terms of resources, procurement, sales & marketing, technology, audit & risks etc. to ensure successful of Core Transformation Projects execution - Proactive and exercise initiative in identifying, tracking, and removing impediments to program success. Approach potential risk and issue identification and mitigation, accordingly, including establishing contingency plans & initiating corrective action and escalate major issues to the Project Owner and Top Management for resolution and decision - Assist Program Leader in guide, and coach Project Managers in Post Implementation Project Reviews, Lesson Learnt and performance score cards - Facilitate project labs and workshops to produce among others; Business Model Canvas, Cost Benefits Analysis, Project Viability Test, Project Audits, Project Lessons Learnt etc. **Move Fast**: - Enjoy working in a fast-moving transformation journey - Adapt, simply and act quickly based on the business needs - Monitor and control the Core Transformation Project execution and progress according to the planning and baselined via weekly updates to Management by ensuring all Project Managers adhere to deadline of their expected reporting, timeline, and deliverables **Delight Customer**: - Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure **Job Requirements**: - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent with more than 3-5 years of working experience - Team player equipped with good communication skills and interest to interact with multiple stakeholders, functions to manage a project together - Good analytical skills and proactive - Relevant project management experience - Ability to organize tasks, prioritize completing demands, find solutions, and follow through to successful conclusions - Proven ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment This is a super exciting time to be joining Pos Malaysia.
