As an Executive, CAMO Materials team at AirAsia X, you will support the Material Manager in implementing systems for managing aircraft spares needed for repairs, overhauls, exchanges, and tests. You will coordinate logistic arrangements to ensure efficient transportation and handle all related documentation and vendor interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing systems for aircraft spares needed for various maintenance activities.
- Coordinate logístical arrangements for efficient transportation of materials.
- Request quotations and prepare Purchase Requisitions, Repair Orders, Exchange Orders, and Exchange in Advance Orders for aircraft and commercial items.
- Liaise and follow up with all agencies for the clearance of incoming engineering aircraft items, ensuring timely sent/received transactions to/from repair centers.
- Work with vendors and other related agencies concerning items sent for repair, overhaul, calibration, and exchange.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including quotations, supplier evaluations, and approved orders.
- Evaluate suppliers' quotes and recommend repair sources.
- Ensure proper review and distribution of Strip Reports for repaired items, collaborating with the Technical Services Department.
- Produce management review reports and plan improvement activities.
- Coordinate the shipment of spares to approved vendors and ensure all orders are closed with complete documentation.
- Consult with the Technical Services Department for special inspections or investigations on specific aircraft parts.
- Monitor and report on the movement of materials related to Air France, including exchange reports.
- Prepare and document the pickup or return of loan or exchange parts, creating controls and monitoring activities.
- Assist with any tasks assigned by the Material Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in the aviation industry, preferably with knowledge in Engineering or Logistics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to systematically analyze complex problems and implement appropriate solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
