Knowledge of computer system, printer and network equipment.
- Monitor and maintain performance of computer systems and networks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory environment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware, software and network problems to the End User Computing (EUC).
- Ability to communicate with end users and provide multitasking supports.
- Liaise with IT vendors and matters related to hardware, software and maintenance services.
- Research and review on IT technology to improve operation productivity.
- Able to do maintenance, system data and customer data backup periodically
- Maintain & support all IT Hardware, Software, Networking, Server Troubleshooting and Office Automation system and equipment including JURIS loan system, networking, and infrastructure.
- Providing technical support on-site and/or via remote-access systems.
- Involve in IT research & development, especially in new technology.
- Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 4-6 year(s) relevant working experience.
- Object-oriented and web-based programming knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Able to meet the required deadlines.
- Fast learner, ambitious and willing to spend extra effort to succeed.
- Problem solving and critical thinking.
- Able to communicate English in verbal and written.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
