**Job Descriptions**:

- Assist in preparing and compiling documentation for product registration with regulatory authorities.
- Responsible for supporting the acquisition of necessary permits, import samples, and product registration approvals.
- Manage, sort, and upload document digitization.
- Understand and implement the Global Safety and Regulatory Affairs process
- Manage and maintain company databases and compliance IT systems.
- Facilitate communication with regulatory agencies to ensure timely issue resolution and approval of registration actions.
- Facilitates meetings with regulatory agencies as required to ensure registration and compliance, leveraging Global Regulatory and Risk Compliance resources as needed.
- Support communication of regulatory requirements to regional management.

**To be successful in this role**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in regulatory affairs
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong oral and written capabilities.
- Knowledgeable in computer literacy skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suites.
