**Salary Range**: RM2,800 - RM3,300

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a **Facilities Officer** to join our team and oversee the **maintenance, safety, and procurement functions** within the facility. This role requires someone with **strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and expertise in Electrical & Mechanical systems** to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct **daily inspections** of the building’s condition, safety, and security.
Manage **procurement processes** for facility maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Handle **project procurement, sub-contractors, and supplier claims certification**.
Coordinate with **clients, consultants, architects, and quantity surveyors** for progress claims.
Develop strategies for **cost control, vendor management, and spending analysis**.
Maintain strong relationships with **customers, vendors, and suppliers**.
Ensure compliance with **ISO 9001 quality management standards**.
Lead and motivate the facilities team to **achieve company goals**.

**Requirements**:
✔ Diploma/Degree in **Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Electrical, Mechanical, Business Administration, Procurement, or Marketing**.
✔ **Minimum 3 years of experience** in facilities management, procurement, or related fields.
✔ Strong **problem-solving and negotiation skills**, with the ability to work under pressure.
✔ **Independent, results-oriented, and analytical** in decision-making.
✔ Solid knowledge of **Electrical & Mechanical systems** in building facilities.
✔ Excellent **interpersonal and communication skills** to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
