**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
- Responsible for handling of full spectrum of HR functions, including update & maintain personal files, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits employee relations to ensure consistency with HR objective and best practices
- Responsible to manage, coordinate and implement recruitment activities; consult with the employers to identify needs and preferred qualification
- Responsible to process employee paperwork (employment contract, personal file, annual leave, medical leave, emergency leave)
- Responsible to resolve issues between management and employees
- Responsible to coordinate and supervise the work of specialist and staff
- Responsible to understand and exposure to Sarawak Labour Law and statutory law (EPF & SOCSO)
- Responsible for the preparation of the training program and the training of employees
- Responsible in process payroll and facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- 2 - 5 years work experiences in Human Resource Administrator, or in any related jobs
- Strong in critical thinking and decision making
- Able to speak 3 languages: Mandarin, English, Malay
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards
- Great problem-solving and analytical skills to manage daily administrative tasks.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Yearly bonus
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 2 years (required)
