Corporate Psychologist, Counselor, Clinical Psychologist

This opportunity is for individuals who share our passion to assist corporate clients navigate their mental health journeys in Malaysia. We are seeking Professionals who are resilient, accountable, motivated and high-functioning, eager to learn and not afraid to take on new challenges. This position involves gaining knowledge and experience in a new industry. Solace is looking for individuals who are genuinely committed to our business and interested in the mental health industry, and are willing to grow with us as a company. Comprehensive guidelines and training will be provided to enable you to function independently in this role.
**Important Highlights**:
- Position is ONLY open for on-site position, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Applicable benefits and allowances provided
- Permanent position after probation period
- Working hours - 5 days a week (24-7 Rotational Shifts)
**Work Scope Includes**:
l Conducting virtual and face-to-face counselling sessions and group counselling sessions.
l Organizing wellness group sessions and maintaining daily/weekly/monthly event
l Designing wellness calendars, presentations, reports, and materials in collaboration with the Team Wellness Lead.
l Offering positive assistance and information to agents based on their needs.
l Developing action plans for problem resolution, including crisis situations.
l Educating clients on effective coping strategies and stress-management techniques.
l Conducting assessments and coordinating referral options.
l Maintaining 24-7 rotation based on operations requirements and working in a team
l Maintaining confidential customer and client records by professional ethics and codes of practice.

**Selection Criteria**:
l Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in any field in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Psychology
l Minimum 2 years’ experience post-licensure clinical experience and has more than 300 clinical hours (if applicable)
l Licensed by Lembaga Counselor Malaysia (LKM) or relevant bodies in order to perform individual/group counseling.
l Proficiency in English is required. Ability to communicate in Malay and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
