Designer (Accessories)

**We are seeking a passionate and creative designer to join our team. This role will primarily focus on designing accessories and packaging for our products and coordinating with suppliers.**
- **Accessory Design & Development**: Responsible for the design and development of new product accessories and parts, ensuring they meet product specifications and quality standards.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Liaise with China suppliers to ensure that the production of accessories and parts is updated in accordance with product design changes.
- **Production Issue Resolution**: After mass production of accessories/parts, responsible for improving designs and investigating any issues encountered during production to ensure smooth operations.
- **Packaging Design & Standardization**: Develop and update packaging standards, ensuring that the latest and accurate information about customer special requirements is provided to relevant departments.
- **Accessory/Part Sample Management**: Manage new developed accessory/part samples and samples provided by customers to ensure they meet standards and are delivered on time.
- **Cost & Quality Optimization**: Assist in optimizing accessory and packaging designs to ensure production cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the superior.
- **配件设计与开发**：负责新产品配件的设计与开发，确保设计符合产品需求和质量标准。
- **供应商协调**：与配件供应商沟通，确保根据产品设计变更及时更新配件的生产。
- **生产问题解决**：在配件批量生产后，负责对配件进行改进，遇到问题时及时调查并解决，以确保生产顺利进行。
- **包装设计与标准化**：负责包装标准的建立和更新，确保及时向相关部门提供客户的特殊要求和准确的包装信息。
- **配件样品管理**：管理新开发的配件样品及客户提供的样品，确保样品符合标准并按时交付。
- **成本与质量优化**：协助优化配件和包装设计，确保在满足质量标准的前提下，控制生产成本。
- 执行其他相关工作任务。

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator (AI)** and **Photoshop**.
- Basic knowledge of **3D design software** (AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.
- Fresh graduates are welcome

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
