**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of technicians. Assign tasks and provide guidance to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Schedule daily tasks (preventative and corrective maintenance) and projects for the technicians. Ensure that work assignments are distributed evenly and that deadlines are met.
- Attend machinery breakdown and power interruption immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Participate and support installation, upgrading, renovation and ad hoc projects.
- Supervise the work of contractors and monitor their performance.
- Address technical issues and challenges that may arise during work assignments. Collaborate with the team to find solutions to problems as they arise.
- Responsible for carrying out all duties of chargeman as required under Electrical Act and Regulation (Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
- Ensure the electrical systems and equipment operate safely and in compliance with all the relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of electrical systems and equipment, proposing improvements as needed.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform tasks while observing and upholding work safety requirements, food safety guidelines and requirements.
- Practice good housekeeping and site hygiene clearance during and upon tasks completion.
- Perform duties in compliance with Company’s mandated guidelines, Company’s Food Safety System, Company’s Policy and Procedure, and Rule and Regulations governed by the law of Malaysia.

**Job Requirement**:

- Certificate (SKM/MLVK) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
- Possess not less than 1 years working experience in an environment involving operation of electrical equipment and has experience in controlling live equipment.
- Chargeman certificate (A4 and above) issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- Knowledge in Electrical supply Act, Electrical Regulations, and IEE Wiring Regulation would be an advantage.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
