**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable and general ledger.
- Manage the financial operations of the hotel and group, including monthly closing of accounts, preparation of management accounts, financial analysis presentations, budgetary planning and control, preparation of financial reports, and any other ad-hoc reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the group according to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds for ongoing operations.
- Oversee and manage credit control functions, ensuring the team meets billing and collections deadlines.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to the Senior Vice President.
- Monitor banking activities and develop relationships with financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, and collaborate with various department heads to develop a practical and achievable budget.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit and review purposes.
- Ensure the integrity and security of financial data.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or professional qualifications such as ACCA.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in managing finance for the hospitality/hotel industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Word & Excel.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
