HR Internship

**Job description**

**Job Summary**:

- Updating client employee databases by prepare import template for employee information and employment details.
- Assist to prepare Payroll, Leave and Claim transaction import data for HRMS System
- Review and check data or transaction reconciliation for HRMS
- Update salary and statutory information of employee for APAC country
- Study and understand HR Management software specification with seniors' guidance.
- Prepare HR management system step guides presentation according to client policies setting
- Prepare HR project documents and follow instructions of senior’s
- Learning Human Resources Management System set up and client’s HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

**This role is the right fit for you, if you are/have**:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources / administration / management, or equivalent.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and BM.
- Able to always maintain private and confidential matters.
- Self-driven and motivated individual, who is always eager to learn and grow.
- Meticulous with keen attention to details and likes to work with data.
- Able to work independently and is a good team player.
- Have own transport and willing to be based in Kepong.

Contract length: 4-6 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM700.00 per month
