**Full job description**

As a Marketing Executive cum Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing communications, and enhancing brand awareness. You will play a key role in promoting our products and services, engaging with our target audience, and driving customer loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and products, by conducting market research.
- Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
- Coordinate press releases, media coverage, and events to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and implement customer engagement initiatives to build brand loyalty while responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Produce diverse content formats, including videos and written content, tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook & XHS.
- Utilize a deep understanding of branding and positioning to create compelling awareness and fulfill consumer needs through social media channels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-departmental teams to plan, brainstorm, and develop video promotional, marketing, and graphic materials.
- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, adapting strategies to enhance the quality and relevance of social media posts and videos.

**Required Skills & Requirements**:

- Proficiency in social media advertisement.
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
- A deep passion for social media marketing
- 2 years & above of experience in marketing
- Creative mindset with fresh ideas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

**Working Location & Time**:

- Taman Perindustrian Puchong (Near to TPP LRT)
- Mon - Fri, 8-5pm / 9-6pm
