System Management
- Periodic Customer master data maintenance across all SCCM customers
- SCCM (owned / exclusive) products / brands hierarchical maintenance
- Promotion maintenance and support field sales team on any issues pertaining to handheld
- Responsible to develop and provide standard management report via BI Portal
- Work closely with HQ (Kuantan Office) to provide service and solution in relation to all BI matters
- Constantly review and update BI cubes to cater to Management's needs to analyze business

Trade / Channel Analysis ROI
- Analyse and evaluate ROI of each sales bulletin, promotion campaigns and provide suggestions to improve
- MARKET COMPETITIVENES
- Consistently provide sales and marketing reports, analysis of market trend and market feedback
- Work closely with the Sales Operation Manager to develop area specific trade plan

EXCECUTION COMPLIANCE
- Monitor market execution and merchandising standards to ensure compliance
- Conduct regular field surveys to evaluate market conditions and validate program execution

TRACKING TOOLS
- Develop and refine sales execution tracking tools to ensure integrated sales plan execution including national activation and retailer program / promotional execution
- Standardize, document and refine merchandising best practices by coordinating with Sales Operation Manager / Key Account Manager
- Monitor, document and communicate competitive activity in the market including retail price points, promotional activity and product introductions across all retailers
- Create proper template to monitor and document all NPD performance for an agreed timeline

SALES EFFECTIVENESS
- Develop sales report to measure sales field team performance and productivity
- Monitor and track Active Account and Call Effectiveness across GT Field Sales

**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Economics, Sales, Marketing or equivalent discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative or invoicing role especially in FMCG is added advantage.
- Result oriented, good business sense and particular on work details. Strong sense of ownership with leadership qualities.
- Proficient in Ms Excel and able to learn a new system efficiently.
