LOCATION: SETIAWALK PUCHONG

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Market Research & Analysis

· Research market trends in the bubble tea industry and gather information on potential franchisees.

· Analyze competitors' franchise policies and develop corresponding strategies.

2. Franchise Development & Execution

· Formulate and implement franchise development plans based on the company's growth strategy.

· Develop new clients, maintain relationships with existing franchisees, and enhance brand influence.

3. Client Negotiation & Follow-up

· Conduct negotiations with potential franchisees and address their inquiries.

· Introduce franchise policies, provide investment return analysis, and facilitate cooperation.

· Follow up on client intentions, arrange site visits, and coordinate contract signing.

4. Contract Signing & Store Opening Support

· Assist franchisees in completing the contract signing process, ensuring compliance.

· Coordinate with internal teams to support franchisees in site selection, store renovation, and pre-opening preparations.

5. Brand Image Maintenance

· Ensure franchisees operate according to company standards to maintain a consistent brand image.

· Monitor franchisee business performance and provide operational support and guidance.

6. Data Management & Reporting

· Collect and analyze franchise development data, regularly reporting progress to management.

· Propose improvements to franchise processes and policies to enhance efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENT

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any fields

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for executive role as on-job training will be provided

· Good communication, interpersonal and training skills

· Candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia

Required language(s): English, Malay and Mandarin (Due to nature of business)
