About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Executive to join our team at CreativeFactoryPaintingSdnBhd in Puchong, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base within the local market.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through various prospecting methods
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present our product and service offerings
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals to secure new business
  • Manage and nurture the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of new opportunities
  • Collaborate with the wider team to provide excellent customer service and support
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform your sales strategy
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the painting and decorating industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the drive to succeed
  • Good understanding of the local painting and decorating market and industry trends
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM tools
